Nexxus is a privately held Industrial Real Estate company based in Monterrey, NL the business capital and manufacturing HUB of Mexico, base of many multinational corporations.

Nexxus develops, operates, and leases its own Industrial Parks, offering Build-to-Suit and Speculative Development. The company is managed at an Institutional scale tailoring the needs of our clients.

Over the last 30 years Nexxus has built and established 7 Industrial Parks in Northern Mexico with over $1BN USD invested. We own one of the largest Land Banks in Monterrey, NL, Mexico with over 42,000,000 sq.ft.
